A mobile application is a great tool that helps to increase the loyalty of regular customers or attract new clients to a medical clinic. There are already applications for automation the execution of medical services, but not all of them are designed to meet the needs of users.

Competitive Analysis

7 competitors were analyzed in detail. The functionality was tested, the interface was assessed for usability, and user's reviews were read.

• The basic functionality is obvious: making an appointment with a doctor, reading reviews about a service or a specialist, but not all analyzed applications allow you to do this. In order making an appointment, some offered to leave a request and called back. Some simply gave information about the clinic/doctors/contacts, without the opportunity to sign up.
• Not many people have an additional useful feature, such as a personal medical card.
• Need onboarding or demonstration of the operation of the main functions. Not all features are obvious.
• Complaints about bugs. Basic functions do not work or do not work correctly.
• Complaints about irrelevant or incorrect information.
• Complaints about a long and complicated registration or that you need to pass authorization before each entrance to the application.
